Senior Analyst – Capital Development & Equity Corporate Finance & Treasury Department Job Description Draft Job Purpose To ensure thorough analysis of investment opportunities along with monitoring and reporting risks to management on a regular basis. Main Responsibilities • Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities. Coordinate with external stakeholders (i.e. consultants and partners) where appropriate. • Prepare financial models and sensitivity analysis for investment opportunities. • Conduct detailed financial and business analysis of investment opportunities to evaluate their feasibility and viability. • Prepare investment decks for presentation to senior management. • Assist line manager in structuring and negotiating commercial terms. • Provide support on other tasks within the department as and when required by Line Manager.
