We're growing our delivery team and looking for a Recruiter to join us, fully remote. What you'll do - Source and screen candidates for open roles across our client accounts (tech, product, and functional hiring) - Run initial candidate outreach and build talent pipelines on LinkedIn and job boards - Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidate records updated in our CRM - Write clear candidate summaries and share shortlists with recruiters/clients - Learn our sourcing playbooks and steadily take on more ownership of requisitions Who we're looking for - 6 months to 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience (agency or in-house) — early-career recruiters welcome - Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and an ATS/CRM to manage pipelines - Smart, curious, and keen to learn — coachability matters more than years of experience - Strong written English and attention to detail - Self-driven enough to work well in a fully remote, small-team setup What we offer - Fully remote role - Fixed salary + performance incentives - Structured training and mentorship from experienced TA leadership - Real ownership early — exposure to end-to-end recruiting across GCC and India markets To apply, share your resume along with a couple of lines on why recruiting interests you.
