Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant to join a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation. This is a hands-on, technofunctional role focused on Fast Formula design and Payroll configuration, supporting a multi-language rollout across the region. Configure Oracle Payroll modules including elements, balances, payment methods, and payroll definitions
Translate functional payroll requirements (including Arabic-region-specific statutory rules) into technical configuration
Support end-to-end implementation phases: design, build, test (SIT/UAT), and go-live/hypercare
Collaborate with functional HCM and technical teams to ensure integration and data accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation and formula-related issues
Document configuration, formulas, and technical specs
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations (full lifecycle, not support-only)
Strong hands-on expertise in Fast Formula writing and Payroll configuration
Technofunctional background — comfortable working across both functional design and technical build
Experience working with Arabic-region payroll/statutory requirements is a strong plus
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in a similarly large, multi-workstream Oracle implementation preferred
